If the Whitemarsh Returns for all three indexes discussed on this site (the DJIA, NASDAQ-100 and S & P 500) are less than zero – as measured using the parameters and criteria in the BACK TESTED RETURNS section of this site – for calendar year 2012 Whitemarsh Management will completely refund your entire subscription fee for that year. This guarantee is valid regardless of the actual performance of the underlying indexes.
This guarantee may be extended at the sole discretion of Whitemarsh Management, LLC. If your subscription is canceled for any reason the guarantee is no longer valid unless it is still being offered should you resubscribe. Finally, please note this guarantee applies only to people who subscribe through this website rather than a third party website.
